Based on the inputs on the remote leadership survey (January 2021), we are planning hands-on 2-hour online sessions to address the challenges you are facing concerning remote leadership and remote collaborations:
Every session will be held online for max 8 participants. Exchanging challenges and good practices will be key, so we expect you to make a shortlist of challenges and good practices that will be used during the module. We are aiming for concrete, practical answers, ideas so you can apply them immediately in your situation.
