Klankbordsessies zijn individuele coachingsmomenten die zelf kunnen gekozen en ingepland worden door leidinggevenden op zoek naar nieuwe ideeën, naar een klankbord, een luisterend oor, een kritische observator, een coach met een rugzak vol werkende ideeën.
Jij kiest hierbij ook zelf het leiderschapsthema waarrond gewerkt wordt. Deze coachings passen in het leiderschapstraject dat UHasselt uitgewerkt heeft. De coach klaart samen met jou uit wat de (leer)vraag of veranderthema is, werkt samen naar oplossingen, stappen, experimenten, … en sluit af met concrete voornemens of acties. Dit alles in een bestek van 1,5 uur.

Sounding board sessions are individual coaching moments that can be chosen and scheduled by anyone in a leadership job looking for new ideas, a sounding board, a listening ear, a critical observer, a coach with a backpack full of working ideas.
You choose the leadership topic you want to explore. These coachings follow the leadership programme developed by UHasselt. No preliminary or follow-up process is required. Together with you, the coach clarifies your (learning) question or change topic, elaborates solutions, steps, experiments, etc. and concludes with concrete intentions or actions. Investment: 1.5 hour per session.

The sessions will be held at a UHasselt Campus:
25/09/25 – campus Hasselt, rectoraatsgebouw, lokaal R5.04
24/10/25 – campus Diepenbeek, gebouw D, lokaal D30
28/11/25 – campus Hasselt, rectoraatsgebouw, lokaal R5.04
Klik op de gewenste datum (je ziet meteen hoeveel plaatsen nog beschikbaar zijn). Vul de gevraagde gegevens in, geef wat achtergrondinformatie over jezelf, je functie en de antwoorden die je zoekt in de klankbordsessie. Je ontvangt een bevestigingsmail en later een herinneringsmail.
De sessie zal live plaatsvinden op de aangegeven locatie of online als dit beter bij je past. In het geval dat je kiest voor een online sessie: geef dit aan in je registratie en zoek een rustige plek waar je in alle vertrouwelijkheid kunt praten (en controleer je netwerkverbinding en apparatuur zodat we geen tijd verliezen aan technische problemen).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and later a reminder e-mail.
The session will take place live at the indicated location or online if this suits you better. In case you choose an online session: indicate this in your registration and find a quiet place where you can talk confidentially (and check your network connection and equipment so we don’t lose time on technical problems).
