Welcome to the NKI Next Leadership Programme.
This programme builds further on the Leadership Programme most of you have followed (Maybe you still remember the Waverly house).
During these Next modules, we will delve deeper into working out your dot on the horizon. Together we examine how we can form an inspiring strategic narrative, make people enthusiastic and take concrete steps to make the strategic plan a reality. The kick-off with Filip Caeldries is the starting point.
An important feature of this program is that it may largely be created and directed by you and the other participants. The trainers act as guides and have established a basic program. Because of this, your input is essential to know what you want to learn, explore and work out with the other participants during this first module. Hence, we organize an intake with each of you.
The common thread throughout all modules after the basic training is “making NKI together.” This means taking responsibility together, not just for our own area of work, our own group or our own lab, but taking responsibility together for and giving direction to the NKI as a whole.
During this program, the focus is not (only) on the strategic content, but especially on engaging people, forming coalitions, playing the “political” game and better understanding the organization and stakeholders. Together we make the long-term plan an exciting and fulfilling journey. To prepare this journey we’d like to invite you for a one-on-one intake with one of the coaches.
