This Course consists of 3 parts:

1.Individual preparation

The aim of this preparation is to start a first exploration of the models and insights that will be used during the training. You do this through online materials (e.g. videos) and reflection exercises that you find on this learning platform. At all times you can pause, rewind or forward the videos, or watch excerpts only.
Equally important are the exercises on this learning platform. They help you to get the most out of this training. After all, in doing this, you make use of the materials so you can effectively change things in reality.

2.Online group session

The group session aims at deepening, practice and exchange. This way, you will fully master the frameworks and insights and you will learn how to apply them in your work context.You will exchange with the other participants about insights and experiences that you have gained from the preparation. You will leave the session with new inspiration, specific intentions and new in-depth exercises.

3.Real life  / online training in group

This practical moment is aimed at exchange and practice. We start by sharing successes and 'fascinating failures' that have occured since the last session. We challenge you to really get yourself involved in the exercises and simulations that we prepare based on your own reality and stories. The session is a real “flight simulator”: we experiment with new behaviours and strategies and provide continuous feedback. This way you enrich your arsenal of skills and practices and you really keep on moving forward.

Learning platform as a red thread throughout the training

On this learning platform you will find the different things you have to do in the individual preparation. The sequence of modules and units follows the logical structure of the programme. It is therefore important that you go through the modules and units step by step in this order. Good luck!
